This little booklet is produced 2 or 3 times a year and distributed through District 19 regionals, sectionals and Duplicate Bridge Clubs.

All D19 tournament committees are encouraged to submit their ads for FREE publication and advertising. In order to keep production costs down, we ask that committees send their ads camera-ready. This can be easily done using most computer software programs. Create the ad, then export or save as a PDF.

If you are unable to send a camera-ready PDF, your best option would be to send me an email with the information pasted or typed into the body of the email. I'll copy and paste it into an ad spot.

We do NOT accept flyers sent by mail for free production.

Dimensions

Horizontal
5" Wide, by 3.75" High

Vertical
2.375" Wide by 7.75" high

Using some programs you are able to set these dimensions in a dialogue box when you first select NEW DOCUMENT. Using other programs you could draw a box on the page and create your ad within that box.

Formats

PDF - most software will create a PDF
AI or EPS - from Adobe Illustrator, convert fonts to outlines

JPEG is the least desired. It will not print very well because they usually have very low resolution.

We cannot guarantee quality of ad if sent in Word formats.
We do NOT accept Microsoft Publisher documents - mostly because se can't open them!

Ads to be billed by District 19 US$100 per half page
